An alternative to focus mitts this Strike Sticks take the pressure off the holders wrists and elbows and help to support speed based training and precision work.


We have designed these to be slightly longer than most on the market at 46cm whilst maintaining a 20cm circumference this helps to ensure they not only support distanced training but have the rigidity to provide some punching techniques
